Yoga Sculpt
“I am SCULPTED”
Yoga Sculpt combines traditional yoga poses with light hand weights for an energizing, full-body workout in our infrared heated studio. This class focuses on building strength, endurance, and flexibility through sequences that elevate the heart rate while maintaining the mindful foundation of yoga. Great for those looking to tone muscles, improve stamina, and break a sweat, this class is accessible for all fitness levels.
Strength Training
“I am POWERFUL”
I am POWERFUL is a functional strength training class that builds muscle mass, endurance, and power. Classes are offered in a circuit training format with 4-5 stations for a full-body weight lifting workout. Class size is limited to 15 people to ensure more support in form correction from coaches.
Heated Mat Pilates
“I am ALIGNED”
This class blends traditional Mat Pilates with props such as resistance bands, Bala bangles, and Pilates balls. Movements are cued with breath, and classes are offered in an infrared heated studio. Expect a full-body workout that enhances muscle-tone, posture, and core stability and strength. Classes are low impact and suitable for all levels.
Breathwork + Sound + Meditation
“I am COSMIC”
This class blends meditation practices with soothing sound healing techniques to create a deeply calming and restorative experience. Using crystal bowls, chimes, and other sound instruments, the vibrations help calm the nervous system and guide the mind into a state of peaceful awareness. Paired with guided meditation and breathwork, this class is perfect for those seeking relaxation, mental clarity, and inner balance.
